If you’re just starting out in the BDSM scene you probably don’t have much equipment yet. Finding the right tools is an experience that takes time and years of trial and error, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t get into play punishments tonight. Around your very own home there are lots of things that you can safely use to put your submissive in her place. All you need is a little care and creative thinking.
Temperature play is as simple as using heat and cold to stimulate your submissive. You can apply these things to the genitals and nipples, but it’s best to start out with the arms or legs. Work your way up to the more sensitive parts of the body as you and your sub discover what she is comfortable with and what is too far. Remember, discomfort is the point, or this wouldn’t be a punishment. However, your sub should never be anything but willing and safe so start slow and stay reasonable.
For cold play, a bag of frozen veggies inside a Ziploc bag is a good toy. You can press the cold pack to joints, lips, or nipples for a great effect. Unlike ice cubes, which can be tricky to hold on to, frozen veggies are stable and often can mold around a body part. The natural insulation that comes from the two layers of plastic also decreases the chance of sticking the cold object to a sensitive area.
Heat play is more dangerous as a rule, but a mild form of it is still easy to adopt at home. Try running a silicone dildo under a hot water tap for twenty to thirty seconds and then applying to the inside of your sub’s thigh, arch of her foot, etc. The heat should be startling and uncomfortable, but it should not leave marks for more than a second or two after it is taken away from her skin.
There are lots of harmless day to day items that can be used for pain play. Raid your home office for some rubber bands, paper clips, and scotch tape. Snapping a rubber band over the fleshy part of her arm, belly, or buttocks can raise a minor welt that will take a few hours to go down. Be sure to ask if she’s alright with marks before you use one on her. The small size of the band means that it cannot do any serious damage, provided you’re not using it in an unsafe manner, such as over her eye.
The paper clips make a good set of starter nipple clamps. They are adjustable by bending the clip, and they are easy to remove in case she changes her mind. They don’t apply much force, and you can experiment by slowly lengthening the amount of time she needs to wear them.
Scotch tape can be used for painful but harmless hair removal. This tape is not recommended for genitals. Press a short length into arm or leg hair and rip it off slowly, in sections, or all at once for a great effect. Simply wash the area with warm soap and water after the scene is over to be sure that none of the potentially irritating tape residue is left behind.
These simple items and tricks should be enough to take even the naughtiest of baby girls down a peg or two. If you find that you really enjoy one or two methods of simple punishment, shop around and invest in a more complex toy along the same times.
